This church was built between 1646 and 1780. It consists of several chapels, the first from the right, dedicated to Ste Anges is decorated with frescoes by Delacroix. The front has two rows of columns and is characteristic by its two towers.
In the square is the Fountain of the Four Bishops in 1844.

Eglise saint germain des pres paris

This Romanesque style church, dating from the XI cent, it is the oldest preserved in Paris. It was the largest until the construction of Notre Dame. In the chapel of St Symphorien housing the remains of germ, it was the first bishop of Paris.
S.VI and VIIth century during the Merovingian kings were buried here (before there was an abbey church), but disappeared after the Revolution remains.

Eiffel tower history and tourist information

Originally the Eiffel Tower had a height of 312 meters, but after subsequent telecommunication antenna facilities, its height increased to 324 meters (12 feet) that are the current ones, making it the third largest monument in the world. To climb so high, access to both floors and see the beautiful views of Paris there are two ways: stairs (1665 steps total) or using the lift, The latter being the most comfortable. Moreover, also you can climb to the top of the tower to 276 meters, but you can only by elevator.
The two plants making the tower house souvenir shops (souvenirs) and luxurious restaurants, such as Altitude 95 located on the first floor or the Jules Verne located on the second. The latter is one of the best restaurants in France, which has been awarded a Michelin Star.

Visiting Hours
- The Eiffel Tower is open every day (including holidays).
- Your schedule varies depending on the season.
- From January to June and from September to December is open from 9:30 to 23:45
- From June to September open from 9:00 to 00:45
Prices
- Upload the first floor using the elevator over 12 years will have to pay € 4.20, while children 3 to 11 years will cost 2.30 €. In contrast to the second floor if you get the price increases a bit, being the cost of € 7.70 for those over 12 years and 4.20 € for children between 3 and 11 years.
- Up to the top of the tower: € 11 adults and 6 € for children.
- Go up the stairs: would a credit of € 3 for children under 25 years and 3.80 € for over 25 years.
